This material forms the base of both side panels, while Moonbeam-gray suede overlays form the large toe cap, the eyestays, and the heel. The New Balance "N" dominates the lateral side as an Oak Leaf Green leather overlay, while the tongue bears an NB logo in the same color. The shoe sits on a layered white midsole with extra cushioning, and the gum rubber outsole contains thick square studs for traction. The outsole also creeps up over the heel and the toe, becoming a part of the shoe’s upper.
